I live in troy illinios, its about 4 hours south of chicago, and as for 150$ for the rock, thats a bit low, $1.50 a pound? that is almost stealing. The sump is a 55g tank that was converted in to a sump, nothing special to it, just a home made sump.
As for the rock and sand i was hoping for somewhere around 3$ a pound, not 1.50. I paid on average about 6$ per pound, so half off isnt bad, and i dont know any LFS that you can get good LR or LS from for that price. E-mail me and let me know.
