algae growing for feeding brine shrimp

i have grown algae in bottles but they are fresh water ALGAES my question is can i grow them in saltwater by adding salt to the fresh water algae the firstly was grown in this 20 gallon aquarium and after wards i transferred some algae to bottles and kept them in the sun aerated
the algae in the bottle gets 10 and half hours of direct sun light the temprature goes to 45c in thermometer is this good top veiw of my aquarium there are 6 orandas in that aquarium they only 1.5 inch
wat should i add to grow algae faster i provided them powdered fish food and contnous aeration 24hr

And the two don't mix.
Go research saltwater phytoplankton culturing. You can't do this with freshwater, it's just not the same.

the algae came to my aquarium because of overfeeding for one day the aquarium was cloudy and and the next day the algae started to raise
