All Glass PC lights

I just bought some Power Compact lights from All Glass, 110 watts. Are they good lights? I have LR no but no corals, Will they give me enough light to grow some nice algae? I plain on putting 50/50 bulbs in it.

I have an Allglass PC I do have a problem with the on-off button sticking but other than that it seems to work fine. most of my algea groth comes from the blue Atenics though.

Cool, I plan on having the lights on a timer, so I won't have to worry about the botton sticking. I was thinking about returning them a buying VHO lights. Can anybody break down the Pros and Cons of both? The VHO cost twice as much, and I read that you must change the bulbs twice as often.
