Couple of weeks ago i noticed something in my fuge filter that called my attention but i decided no to pay any attention to it and i guess i regreat now.It looks like a small cotton ball with a small opening at the center.Every thay it becomes bigger and bigger and the worst part is that now i have 100,000 of them in my fuge and display tank.I don't see anything living inside or going in from outside. Can some body tell me what is it and how to get rid of it?.
I have a 30g,lr,ls,couple of soft corals, clown, cardinal and royal gamma, snails and some blue leg crabs.I'm using a 20g tank as fuge with lot of caulerpa algae ,about 15g water and protein skimmer. For lights i have a satellite light with 2 96w lams 4 diferent light spectrums 36 inches long.Tank has been running for a year now.
