Thinking about getting one for my 42 hex. I'm starting to get a hair algee problem and want to get the nitrates in check. Will this do the trick?

What are your nitrate levels at? It isn't the only possible cause for algea.

I've never used an Aquafuge but from what I have read they are not large enough to house an adequate amount of macros to make a dent in nitrates.
