The pictured worms are beneficial scavengers. Fireworms are beneficial scavengers as well. Only the bearded fireworm is a potentially harmful bristleworm occasionally encountered in the hobby. However, even when the harmful one is encountered, it doesn't reproduce quickly enough to become a problem more often than not.
The only time you need to worry about bristleworms is if your corals seem to have nibble marks on them and/or you find an incredibly large bristleworm (one foot long or more).

Note the frilly red gills over the tufts of bristles. That, the silvery-red coloring, flat body cross-sections, and the odd frilly tuft on the head are the hallmarks of the bearded fireworm.
