Bangaii cardinal doesn't eat?

Hi everyone, i recently bought a bangaii cardinal and have had him for about a week.he is in a qt along with 2 nano clowns. he doesnt eat the formula 2 that the 2 small clowns eat in the qt tank.I have only seen him take one small bite of brine shrimp, and only one bite every day. he looks at the rest of the brine and is not interested.. only the first bite... is this normal? is he just adapting or is he slowly dying on me?

try a better food like mysis, marine cuisine...emerald entree.....
brine has no nutritional value....and Formula 2 what? (flakes or frozen)

I dont feed brine.. I feed clam, formula 2 frozen, blood worms, emerald entree, marine cuizine.. all he eats is one brine shrimp that comes from the marine cuizine.. nothing else, just one bite of brine

It is normal for them to be shy for quite a while. If it lasts more than a couple of weeks then I would be concerned.
Also consider they they naturally eat at dusk & dawn. If yours is wild caught it will take additional time to get used to feeding in full daylight.
