My tank has been running smoothly for 3 years now and I am actually upgrading our school tank to a 125 tank. So I have two questions. One, What is this Creature that came from nowhere and I have not added anything in over 9 months.
Two, Can someone let me know if LED lights would be good for Saltwater tanks?

Looks like a spagettii worm. Not many things give me the creeps but I hope I never find one of these guys in my tank. bllahhheekkk.

Little different from a spaghetti worm.... those are red gills going down the side. Spaghetti worms have a tuff of gills that come out of the "head" along side the tentacles.... not along the body like this one.

Hair worm. (cirratulid polychaete). Harmless.
Thanks for the help! I just noticed this guy yesterday and it freaked out my wife. Just needed to know if I should get rid of him or not.
By the way, does anyone know about the new LED lighting? If it would help in keeping anenomes and coral happy. I can not keep one longer than 3-5 months. I assume that the microalgae it lives off of inside eventually runs out. At least that is what I am told.
