I have read in a few previous posts that people's cc seastars have eaten their snails. Should I reconsider purchasing one?

No, if he eats it, well they were only about a buck right? Honestly, I have two. I have snails, but don't know if any of them are MIA. I feed my CC VERY WELL, trust me! So they have no need to eat them.

My CC has never eatan any of my snails, he will crawl over them on the glass, but that is about it. My green brittle will even take the snails, "suck on them" for a while and then spit them back out, then the snail crawls away, pretty funny to watch.
