Cloudy dust particles??

Anyone Have any idea it looks like tiny dust partciles Only on top of my tank ? It is very ugl Not sirt I mean if i look through my tank form the sides it is very dusty looking/
All mY reading are ok the tank has been up for 8 weeks now
I use a new skimmer hob for 6 days now and i have a simple sump down to a sock up through a pump

Was yours coming from the skimmer MIne is hob so it seems alot of it is coming from the part where it lets out the extra water

NO bubbles I had them and still have some I use the foam to rid them this looks like dust particles But I only see it on top half of tank
