Help. One yellow tang died yesterday. One clownfish died today. Other clownfish stays in one spot. Not normal behavior. See video. Water test OK. What is going on?

"Water test ok" really doesn't tell us anything as peoples version of ok run different than others. Can you post the exact numbers so that we can help you better.
Still photographs work better to identify problems than videos.

Salinity 1025
Nitrate 10ppm
Amonia 0
As of today all fish died. Started by fish staying at one location in tank, barely moving. At the end they seemed to be covered by white slimy substance. All fish : yellow tang, 3 clowns, 1 Cardinal died in 3 days. Snails, sea stars, hermits, cleaner shrimp seem to be OK
