Clown Goby and Diamond Goby?

Can a Clown Goby and a Diamond Goby peacefully coexist in a 37 gal?

if by diamond you mean the sand sifter than most likely, (mine get along in a 75g)
my yellow clown goby and diamond sand sifter get along great,
i have never seen them agressive towards each other at all even during feeding time

I don't think you would have any problems. Both are peaceful gobies.

I have crushed coral substrate (if I could only go back in time) would a diamond goby clean the crushed coral or are they particular to sand?

I don't think he will clean the crushed coral very well. They need finer substrate because they release it back into the tank through thier gills.
