Coral so small it dissapeared and probably died!!!

Mushroom Polyp - Green Ricordea... so small it got lost in my aquarium when I placed it, it didn't even look like the coral, it was like a squooshy slimy thing, I couldn't even grab it... how can I get another one?

Ok, so I was reading the 15 day guarantee, it says to send in the dead specimen or whatever, what do I send? There's nothing to send, do I sent in the rocks?
