crab id

sorry dont have a camera working yet but need help with crab info, i have several crabs that are maroonish with white spots all over and seem to have two feathery looking things the fan back and forth like they are filter feeding or some thing ive had a fish or two disappear and wonderd if these could be the cause ?

those are poceline crabs. great little guys to have. They arent harmful to anything, they need no special care. They dont really contribute anything to the tank but are neat to watch.
