CUC for 29

So, I have the biocube, and as of late, I have a slight infestation of hair algae as well as some of that hard bubble algae, I was wondering if I should beef up my cuc or what? I was also curious about adding a good sand sifter, as of now I have
1-serpent star
6- nerite snails
3- nass snails
5 - astrea snails
2 - turbos
and probably only about 6 hermits, I had more, but my lantern Basslet likes they way they taste...
I do weekly water changes of 5 gallons, ammonia -0 Nitrite - 0 Nitrates - 5
phosphates~0 calcium~ 360

if the snails are not helping to get rid of the algae then i would try either a biger crab or a nudibranch/sea hare/ cucumber of some sort that grazes on that stuff. reasearch it to find which one not to sure.
