Do you see pods during the day?

This morning I took a peek in the tank with a flashlight. I have pods!!!

However they hid when I hit them with the light and they are not out during the day. I have seen them in tanks during the day, whats up with this. Does it take a while to see them in the day or what? Still I am excited- pods, xenia split, polys growing little ones and zoas popping up

. Oh yea several small spots of coraline on back glass.

Sounds like you are well established then...
I see pods during the day in my nano, but not in my bigger tank. So I think it just kinda varies. May also be dependent on population.
