What does it mean when the dorsal fin of the heniouchus is slightly drooping at the tip?

you don't see like a thin piece sticking out at the droopyness do you, kindof like the wire in a twisty tie with the wrapper tearing away cause if you do there is something wrong with it. it is either due to stress or stress from poor water quality.
