Duncan not opening

hi everyone... I recently bought a giant green polyp duncan coral... he has not fully opened yet and it has been about a week (4 days of not bothering him). Sometimes he looks great, and other times he is closed up... He looks pretty open most of the nights... All my parameters are great exept for nitrate (10), and all my other corals look like they are in good shape... I have moved him to low flow and low light because he looks even worse in higher light.. any ideas on why is isnt opening? could he still be adjusting?
and how low should his flow be? because he still looks like he is being blown around a tiny bit.

Has it gotten any better? Could you post your actual water parameters? salinity, phosphate, pH and alkalinity will help greatly. What else do you have in the tank with it?
