engineer gobie going to be a mom?

noticed one of my engineers today looked twice as big as the other one. this is a pair that i have had for about a 2 years. could it be pregnant and what is the success rate for raising the young. any help would be great. thank you in advance.

I think from what i have read on this website you will need a specialized set up for breeding. I am not sure, because I haven't attempted breeding fish. The good news is, if the fish breed once, they will breed again. Then again if you keep a close eye on your tank, you may also be able to save a few fish, if you have a place to put them.

Its possible. I had a piar and they bred once or twice. No fry ever lived but they supply a nice snack to the rest of the tank
