Good or bad macro

Here's a pic of some macroalgae that has started to grow on some LR, has anyone had this particular type? I have heard there are types to avoid.

if i had to guess, i's have to say it were sargassum too, we had it too,and it is not a bad thing at all, it will process nutrients and give the tank color, but unfortunately it normaly does not stick around long, generally about 6 months in most instances

I had a bunch of that on some new LR that I bought a while ago. My blue leg crabs ate it all in about a week and I haven't seen any since
