How do I get my fish to grow quickly??
Higher water temp and more food??
What kind of food??

Why worry about how fast they grow as long as they're thriving and they ARE growing?

) you mostly have meativores in your tank? Look each one up and see what it eats. Even for the ones that primarily eat meaty things I like the convenience of frozen foods which I mix with a smidge of omni or plantivore frozen so that they get the benefit of the nutrients in that too.
I wouldn't advise raising the water temp or upping the amount of food (especially since you're having an algea problem already!). You can really throw your system out of whack like that. Just maintain a good, steady temp and feed properly. They will grow in their own time as they should
