Didn't it come with instructions? Or do you just not understand them?
I don't have coralife. mine is called a command center. However mine has little pegs all around the timers. One has a tiny arrow pointing out which set of lights should plug into what outlet.
For example: 2 outlets are yellow, 2 are gray, 2 are black and one has no color at all.
The gray and black outlets will not work at the same time. When one color type goes off the other goes on. So I plug in the moonlights to the black outlets...the actinic go into the gray. The MH bulbs plug into the yellow, which has the other side of the timers to go off and on.
I plug my heater into he blank uncolored socket to run all the time.
I think if memory serves...the pegs go up for off and down for on according to the time of day you want to set them to work. It is easy to test and see which position is on by turning till whatever is plugged in goes on. Then I know for sure and just set the time.
I hope I didn't confuse you more, and this helps.
