can someone tell me if my macro algae in sump is dying due to trying to medicate fish for itch with sulfer,would this generate a bright brown algae film to cover rockwork in main tank , and would i upset the system too much by removing all the macro???

Hello, and welcome to the site.
Sorry to hear about your problems. You should NEVER dose medicine in the main tank, your sick fish should have been removed to a hospital tank. Dead macro won't help anything, so remove it. Post some information
We need your LAB type test results
The size tank
What did you dose and how much
What equipment do you have running
How much rock and sand

What are you dosing exactly?
What macro's are dieing?
