i think what he is suggesting is that if the anemone is in a place where it is getting light and an abundance of food, it is likely to stay there. which makes sense, but IME it may or may not work.

with my anemone i feed it half of a silver side every 3 days and it seems satisfied

I usually worry about overfeeding but this thing's so damn big!

My favorite by far to view is my Lagoon. It is a very natural system and the most relaxing saltwater setup I've had.
