They go away on their own. You will see a ton of them then little by little the disappear. A wise person once said to me, if you see something you don't like...wait a week it will change.

I know...within an hour they come back, thats why Meowzer said plug the tube up with epoxy. They will starve out just leave them alone unless the webs are choking the corals.
I had about 4 that were bothering my clam. I snapped their tubes of with needle-nose pliers. Two grew back. I'm thinking of covering the other two with epoxy. If you go this route, be careful though, the tubes can be quite sharp.

YES, just make sure you buy epoxy that is not poisonous
