Light question for 20L frag tank

At first I wanted to go with a 10k 150 w MH with actinic supplements for my frag tank. The tank is 30" long and I am not really finding a whole lot out there for my original plans. So my new idea is to go with a 30" 250w 14k MH Current USA sunpod. Even though the bulb is not a 10k do you still think I will get around the same growth since the bulb is 100 more watts? Thanks guys

Or would the 250 watts be a little too much (its a 12" high tank)? I could also go with the 150 watt sunpod instead. Im just worried about browning out the corals.
