lighting question - followup

Have a relatively new 90gal semi reef. Replacing old T-12's. These are my three options and interested in feedback. Had a 300 budget to get started but may blow by that pretty quick...

Last question... Are T-5's basically all the same? I mean 4 bulbs at 54w output are all the same regardless of the frame they are in correct? Difference in units are how well they are made... plastic connectors vs ceramic... timer or not...

Looking at all options of corals in the future. LPS, SPS, softies etc...

There can be differences in the quality of light output depending on the brand of bulb but they should work in any fixture.
