What is a good 12 hour lighting schedule for a tank with an Anemone? I have 192 watt Compact light fixture (2-96 watts) 1 actinic, 1 10,000K and 2 lunars. What is a good time table for optimum growth.

Unless that is a shallow tank your lights are less than optimal for most anemones. That being said working with what you have I'd do:
10am actinic on
1030 10kk on
930 10kk off
10pm actinic off
You can move these times to fit your schedule.. corals don't know if it is daytime or nighttime outside.
