I am getting one... I kinda have to... someone needs to get rid of it...
will it be okay with a trigger, tang, large angel, and wrasse? 180g
he needs to give it to me asap. so if i but it in my tank and start hypo right away that will kill the ick in the tank and any on it if it had any since it is too large to quarentine

Yes, it is. I think a naso (which gets large) and a sailfin (which gets HUGE) will be a bit much. Think about what future plans you may have for your tank. Were you planning on getting a naso and a sailfin anyway? If not, then don't buy them. Even if you were planning it for the future, your tank JUST recovered. I would not consider it stable yet.

well the naso is big.. but I had a big one and miss it. I've been talking to him and he said the puffer is cool but a pig... he goes to the bathroom a lot and is about 1 ft. That sounds like a big bio load right there. The sailfin gets big but not quite there yet. I think if I do the Naso and sailfin only I should be alright don't you. I didn't plan on these fish but I didn't ever have a set in stone fish list. I think after that I will be done. I still want my Queen Angel though.
As for the future I am really getting into this hobby and can always get and bigger or another tank for them.
say the naso is 9 in... the sailfin 6... the pinktail 6... the wrasse 4in...
according do that little rule
1 in for 5 gallons..
I am up to filling a 125g at the moment.
If i add the Queen say its 6in.
thats filling a 155 gallon.
then the still have 5 in to grow and not be squished according to the rule.
Plus the tank is 6 ft. and I have a skimmer rated for a 250g.

Naso's get bigger than Sailfins especially in captivity.

They will bite it with their teeth. But should they swallow part of the shell, yes they will digest it.
