my Butterfly fish

I noticed He had one of his gills shut today. He opened it back up though. Hes doing great eats very well looks healthy. Whan can this be? Should this be a big concern?

Do you notice him gilling rapidly at times? Is it red at all? If not then I wouldn't worry about it.

when one of his gills shuts the other gill works hard. I see know redning around the area. I wish i still had my cleaner wrasse to clean those gills. Do you think its parasites?

I got the fish June 14th. My French does bully him once in a while.
