I just replaced my HOB bio wheel filter with a sump with a HOB overflow U-tube style. Very happy so far.
I need to replace my seaclone. I put it in the sump and it actually pulls skimate with no problem. But I can't stand the sound of the water dropping into the sump from the skimmer it is very loud. Is there an in sump skimmer that sends the water back in at or under water level? I of course looked into the Aquac Urchin model but not sure if that will help the constant splashing noise.
Any help would be greatly appriciated.
