Neon Puffer

I just bought a neon puffer for my tank....but I can't seem to find any information about him on the web...anyone know of any other names he has?

Sorry never heard of one of those or seen one.
but i have a question for ya Azonic how many pounds of sand did you use for the 4" bed i am in the process of setting up a 38 myself :D

Azonic, as far as I know puffers are not reef safe. This question might get better responses in the fish discussion forum. Good luck!

Volitan: I heard that as well, but I saw an identical puffer in a 90 gallon reef at the pet store and it's been there for several months and hasn't nipped at any corals.
Umm...I used 60 pounds of caribsea aragonite for my sand bed. It is from 3.5" to 4.5". I dont have as much near the base of the live rock because i dont want crap getting stuck there.

i have what is called a blue spotted puffer it might be the same thing everyone says they are not reef safe but we took the chance and i amglad we did he leaves everything in the tank alone except for the snails every once in a while he will nip at their shells but he leaves the coral starfish and the shrimp alone i guess it just comes down to the individual fish.
