photo quality printer?

Anyone know of a good photo quality printer I could buy for $100 or less? We've got some wedding pictures we want to print and frame so we want to make sure it's good quality. We'd like it to have a scanner too. Any advice on what I should look for is appreciated.

I have found that my best prints have come from using the photo kiosk at Wal Mart or
our local photo shop. But the next best for me has been the HP photosmart printer.
I still question the longevity of these though, thats why on more important pics I still run through lab at local photo store.

a canon photo pixima 6000 120 w/20 dollar rebate. Use canon photo paper pro and the pics come out super glossy and clear.

Ditto the HP printers. They make good stuff. They have them in different price ranges.
My wifes HP 2175 was like $280, but it has a flatbed scanner/copier feature with it(VERY handy BTW).
