Pink/Blue Spotted Shrimp Goby

When I intitially bought this guy over 2 months ago he was listed at the LFS as a sifter like the diamond goby. Of course I was disappointed when I got him home and he didn't do any sifting...Well he has slowly started sifting over the past few weeks and now when he is out of his burrow he sifts quite often. I just wanted to see if anybody else has one that actually sifts too. It surely helps with heeping the bed clean!

I think a future post may be "this darn goby is putting sand all over my corals"!!!!!!
Have seen that happen before.

He is pretty funny to watch, but there won't be any corals going into the tank he is in. The bioload is too high. I plan on trying corals here in the near future in a smaller tank with no fish in it.

Then they are perfect sand sifters.
