Please help!!!! my coral beauty is scratching against the rocks and i dunno what to do!!! please help me!!!

This is a definate sign of parasite problem; most likely ick. What type of tank do you have, and do you have a separate hospital tank to treat?
Without actually seeing the visible signs of the disease, you can only guess at this point.
I would go ahead and feed all the fish garlic soaked food, and get a hospital tank ready.

I do have a hospital tank set up... I always want to have a back-up in cases where I need one
Will my Neon goby eat any of these parasites <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" /> ... I saw him scanning swimming on the Coral Beauty...
But I'll definitely feed him garlic-soaked foods

Yes, the goby will eat parasites, but this is not going to be the answer if you get an all out ick infestation.
Do you only have 1 fish?
