PLEASE HELP!!Unhappy midas blenny

Ok, I finally changed to a DSB from CC. As I refilled the tank it clouded up really badly. It has been just about 24 hours now and the water is clearing. My problem is I am really worried about my blenny. He/she is just sitting in the hole he hides in and breathing very hard. Is he going to be ok? Is there anything I can do to help him? I already cleaned all of the pre filters and cranked up my skimmer. Am I freaking over nothing?

In my experience, Blenny's are tough. You should probably know by now if he/she is going to be alright.
There is probably nothing more you can do now.
I have been looking for a good Midas Blenny for some time now.

He is probably lust streeing out over the change in the environment. If he is breathing hard make sure you do not have a rise in ammonia.

Thanks you all. I did test the environment and everything is zero... He is better today. I think I was more freaked out than he was.
