Power Compact Bulb Question

i have JBJ 32x2 watt bulb fixture. If i get a 50/50 10k/03 atintic bulb plus a 03 atintic bulb, not talking about the color but would it be equal as me getting a 10k bulb and a 03 bulb, spectrum wise or growth wise. I dont know much about bulbs.

The 10K is for coral growth and the 03 is to make them floures. 50/50 or seperate bulbs would work, but people usually prefer sperate bulbs instead of the 50/50.
