PVC Question

Ok, I am setting up a reef tank and I am making a wall of live rock on one side so to hold my wall up I want to use a 1/2" PVC pipe framework. I wanted to know what kind of glue I should use on the pipe, is the normal pvc pipe glue that plumbers use safe?
p.s. I will be making a photographic diary of the tank in stages in the fish photography section.

yup,regular glue is fine...once it is dry.
