I think Snake hit the nail right on the head. The Typhoon III is a great unit - I have had mine for more years than I can count, and it works fine. The only problem I have had is with the inline TDS meter. They don't have sufficient strain relief on the wires where they enter the unit, and the wires have broken. However, there is a lifetime warranty on the unit, so I have sent the sensor back for replacement. Great company to deal with!

The Typhoon III is a nice looking unit! I wish I had known about it before I bought that cheap Chinese POS system that I had to completely replace piece-by-piece. I could have bought two T III's for what I have in my system now!!!
