close guys. Bamboo shark eggs are about 3-4 inches long and about 2 inches wide and about 1 inch thick . They are not oval like a chicken egg. but more like two flat pieces that have been sealed around the edges . The ends have a slight twist to them . They have a leathery texture to them . even after the shark hatches they will have a stiffness to them.

I've hatched two Banded Cats, from eggs, and when born they've been aprox. 6" - 8" in length.

My bad I must have read the question wrong . But in that case yes the one I hatched was a little over 7 inches and the others I've seen be hatched we're about 6-7 inches long.
