I could'nt believe it watching the local news this evening. I had heard about it first on this forum about fish tattooing in the UK. they actually reported this on tinotes news about put striped and hearts and stuff on fish and that soon we will be able to buy them here in Tucson. I thought I read here that doing this can cause weakening of the fishes immune system and lead to diseases or even death of the fish. Anyway I sent an email to the news station to let them know what I thought of their story and that I was appalled since they thought it was so cool. How would they like it if someone put a tattoo on the cat or dog?
Don't people have better things to do then tattooing fish? Aren't they already colorful and some even have stripes naturally? give me a break.
