I'm not sure if this is a creature or the construction work of a creature. The part I can see is about 2-3cm around. Looks kinda like a thin worm that rolled in the sand (it's covered in sand). The entire thing is not lying directly on the rocks, but looks like it's been "strung" from rock to rock.
It just appeared today and I haven't seen it move all day.
