Upgrade time?

Ok my grampa currently has a 3 inch HumuHmu trigger a 4 inch Porc puffer and a 5 inch pokidot grouper in a 75 gallon FO tank. How long does he have untill we have to upgrade his tank??

I would like one other persons opinion.
Which fish grows the fastest out of the ones he has and how big will all our fish get in 1 year?? Also what size tank would you recommend us getting next so that we never have to upgrade again????
