Upgrading 12g Nano To 44 Corner

well im upgrading from a 12g nano and my question is since i am making a whole lot of new water how long should i let the water mix before i add it. a few days? all thats going into the new tank are 2 saddleback clowns/ an anenome and lr and sand. so im gonna have to make roughly 30 gallons of water for this tank. are there any suggestions on how to make it easier?

i would do that right away as long as you add all the water and sand from the nano and you dechlorinate the new water.

get a lrg trashcan. and a good pump. Just be sure the trash can dosent leak. I had to take two back to lowes. rinse well. you can use viniger, and then rinse and rinse. Do you have your own ro unit. I set mine next to my tank, that way I can pump it right into the tank. I got plastic tubing from lowes that fits the output of my pump for a couple of bucks.
