what do racoon butterflies eat???

my friend just got a racoon for his 125g and it wont take in bloodworm or flake should he try mysis or the brine(even though the brine is bad for em)????

try to get him to eat ANYTHING then eventually you can ween it off that food to a diff. food, but butterflies are hard to get to start eating, is it a reef tank? b/c im pretty sure they arnt reef safe

no it isnt i saw him munching on some of the snails though!!

Try mysis, finely chopped clam, squid, mussel. Most will also eat some greens so nori on a clip should be offered. Butterflies I've kept will also take sponge foods. Try some of the angel/butterfly preparations available. If the fish is stubborn, pick up some fresh clams in the shell at a market. Crack them open a bit and let the bf snack on those.

try clam or mussels and try that if that dosnt work soak a food in a garlic soak that u can get right here on swf.com normally the garlic will get any fish that wont eat to start eating
