What does being a mod entail?

Do mods get paid? What all do you do other than stickeys and carousing the threads for bad stuff? Totally a legitimate curiousity here not trying to sound like I am doggin' yah or anything!

They don't get paid.That much I know.

they enforce the rules that admin sets. think of it as peace keepers.
im sure that they also enact new ideas as well.
