What's lights classify as VHO?

Are PC's considered VHO lights? Are T5's? Are they a special light of their own?
I can't seem to find a clear answer on this...

VHO is simply a Fluorescent bulb designation. NO (Normal Output), HO (High Output), or VHO (Very High Output). PC bulbs are simply called Power Compact even though they use similar voltage and similar output to VHO.
T5's are a bulb size, 5/8ths of an inch. T5's are available in NO and HO.

Aquarium standard VHO's are T12 (1 1/2" bulb). Same size as standard shop/store fluorescent lighting.

Thanks guys.
So here's my next question...Would PC's suffice for something that calls for VHO lighting?
I just bought a Nova Extreme Pro with the T5's but am wondering if a Ritteri anemone would be ok under my PC's for about a week until I get the Nova.
