which canister?

I'm looking at the filstar xp3 and cascade 1500 for my 125. They're the same price and the filstar is rated for 175 gal with 350 gph and the cascade is rated for a 200 gal with 350 gph. I was wondering if anyone has any reveiws of either one and which would be better. Thanks a bunch.

If you have to get a canister id go with the marineland 350..

What do you like about the marineland? Are there any drawbacks to it?

Well my parents like 10 years ago had it set up for 4 years with no fish dieng. And that was a while for back then. I have no personal experience. But i just think that its good because when i was a little kid like 5 i loved to watch the fish.

I have the Xp2 on my 75 that I just run carbon in. It is realy easy to clean and very quiet. I have to look into the filter box to see the water moving so I know it is on. Also read the packaging before you buy any canister. The GPH is without any media in the filter and no head loss. Hope this helped.
