Who is making this balloon-like thing?

I have a 90G FOWLR and every so often I see one of these things floating around in the tank, usually in the morning when the lights come on and the fish get active... Any idea who/what might be making this?

do you have a wrasse? they coccoon themselves when they sleep.

I got a cleaner wrasse about a month ago, but I can't remember if it was before or after his arrival that I first noticed this thing in the tank (I finally was able to snap a good picture to post yesterday!). Do you think he's the one making this thing? I never saw one of these in the QT while he was in residence there...

they make it at night to sleep in. it's a protection thing. usually it will get caught up in the rocks or something will eat it or will dissolve. it may not have needed it in the qt.
