I woke up today and found all my fish died, they were fine last night, so I took a test on my water and the ph was 8.0 but the rest of the parameters were good mind you this is the second time this has happened in the past 3 weeks, I do a 10% - 15% water change every two weeks I don' over feed I had a goldhead goby, 2 banner butterflies, and a fox face rabbit, I will admit my skimmer wasn't working proper so I need help.

That is a lot of fish to add at one time especially fish that aren't necessarily easy. The banner fish were they heniochus or moorish idols?
How big is your tank?
What are the actual numbers for ammonia nitrate and nitrite?
What type of quarantine did you do?
How did you acclimate the fish?
How long were they in the tank before they died?
If there is a parasite in the tank it would still have been there.
